About us

At Syntelise, we build technology that truly matters.

We design and deliver digital products, data-driven systems and custom software that solve real business problems — not just ship features. Our teams combine engineering excellence with product thinking to create solutions that scale, last and make an impact.

We work in small, autonomous squads where developers have real influence on architecture, technology choices and product direction.

If you like ownership, clean code and meaningful projects — you'll feel at home here.

This job is all about:

  • designing, building, and maintaining cloud infrastructure for modern digital products
  • creating and improving CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable releases
  • automating environments, deployments, and operational processes
  • working closely with developers to improve reliability, scalability, and performance
  • managing infrastructure as code and keeping environments reproducible
  • monitoring systems, troubleshooting issues, and optimizing uptime
  • strengthening security, backups, and disaster recovery practices
  • shaping DevOps standards, tools, and best practices across projects
  • taking ownership of platform stability and developer experience

What we're looking for

Must have

  • 3+ years of experience in DevOps / Cloud / Infrastructure roles
  • hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Azure or AWS)
  • experience building CI/CD pipelines
  • Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Pulumi or similar)
  • Docker and containerized environments
  • Linux and scripting skills (Bash/Python or similar)
  • monitoring and logging tools experience
  • good English communication skills (B2+)

Nice to have

  • Kubernetes and container orchestration
  • GitHub Actions / GitLab CI / Azure DevOps
  • security best practices (IAM, networking, secrets management)
  • experience with scalable distributed systems
  • database operations knowledge (backups, performance tuning)
  • cost optimization in cloud environments

Mindset

  • automation-first approach
  • ownership and accountability
  • strong problem-solving attitude
  • proactive improvements over firefighting
  • collaborative, developer-friendly mindset

What we're offering

meaningful, non-enterprise-bureaucracy projects
real impact on architecture and technical decisions
small, experienced team (no micromanagement)
flexible working hours
100% remote work
B2B contract
competitive salary
supportive, low-ego culture
